Ray's presentations on democracy, the Constitution, and political science themes reflect the depth of knowledge gained from his 40+ years as professor at Jefferson Community College. His programs at the historic site in spring and fall each year draw audiences of life-long learners. While democratic systems have made significant progress, they are constantly evolving and facing challenges to ensure fairness, equality, and representation for all citizens.
