Sunset Yoga

Join us for a peaceful evening with yoga instructor Carla Van Wormer on the shores of Southwick Beach State Park. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you'll enjoy moving with the sound of the waves and the glow of the evening sky. A limited number of yoga mats will be available, please bring your own if possible. Come as you are and leave refreshed, grounded, and inspired!
