Operation of the Food and Beverage Concession for Zach’s Bay Field 5.

Term:

Three (3) years with a possible extension up to an additional two (2) years.

License Fee:

Minimum: 5% of Gross Receipts

Historical Annual Park Attendance:	± 8,524,095 annual average
Historical Reported Revenue:	± $44,508 annual average

RR&M Obligation:

2% of Gross Receipts

Capital Investment:

N/A

Utilities:

State Parks shall provide electricity and natural gas to the Premises for which, Licensee shall pay to State Parks $2,800 annually for reimbursement of these costs.
State Parks shall provide trash removal and recycling services to the Premises at no cost to the Licensee.
