Operation of Food and Beverage Concessions for Field 1 and Field 2

Term:

Three (3) years with possible extensions up to two (2) additional years.

License Fee:

Minimum: 5% of Gross Receipts

Historic Gross Receipts:

Historic Annual Attendance:	Park attendance: ± 8,524,095 annual average
Historic Reported Revenues:	Field 1: ± $28,654 annual average Field 2: ± $126,136 annual average

RR&M Obligation:

2% of Gross Receipts

Capital Investment:

N/A

Utilities:

State Parks shall provide electricity at the Premises, for which Licensee shall pay State Parks $8,000 annually for reimbursement of the cost of electricity.
State Parks shall provide natural gas at the Premises, for which Licensee shall pay State Parks $500 annually for reimbursement of the cost of natural gas.
State Parks shall provide trash removal and recycling services at the Premises.
