Operation of quality beach retail concessions for the patrons of Jones Beach and Robert Moses State Parks.

Term:

Five (5) years, with an extension option for up to three (3) additional years.

License Fee:

Minimum: 9% of Gross Receipts.

Historical Annual Attendance:	Jones Beach: ± 8,524,095 annual average Robert Moses: ± 4,224,367 annual average
Historical Annual Reported Revenues:	Jones Beach: ± $988,688 annual average Robert Moses: ± $604,437 annual average

RR&M Obligation:

2% of Gross Receipts

Capital Investment:

Minimum: $10,000

Utilities:

State Parks shall provide electricity and trash removal to the Premises at no cost to Licensee.
Licensee is solely responsible for the costs of all other utilities used in connection with the Premises, as direct billed by provider.
