Term:	Three (3) years, with possible extensions up to two (2) additional years.
License Fee:	Minimum: $500 annually
Historic Gross Receipts:	Historical Annual Park Attendance: ±190,601 annual average Historical Reported Revenue: ±$59,095 annual average
Utilities:	Licensee is 100% responsible for the costs of telecommunications for Licensed Premises as billed direct by provider. State Parks shall provide electric at the Premises for which, Licensee shall pay State Parks $1,000 annually for reimbursement of the cost of electricity. State Parks will be responsible for the costs of refuse/recycling as billed direct by provider.
