Meet at Trinity Park – Downtown Plattsburgh. Celebrate Earth Day with the City of Plattsburgh. Learn how you can help the planet! Go on a Scavenger Hunt! Play some Earth Day themed games! Plant a seed to take home! Help clean up the park! Join us at our table in Trinity Park to learn how to compost – no matter how much space you have! Bring your own jar or bottle to create a "countertop composter" to take home. We will provide the information and materials to get you started – all you need is your jar and some fruit & veggie scraps!

Join a park naturalist for our nature-themed story and playtime for ages 0-5! Come explore with stories, songs, and art projects from 10-10:30, then stay for some outdoor playtime! Tomorrow is Earth Day, so let's learn about the unsung heroes the trees! Trees feed us, shelter us, keep our water clean, and give us air to breathe. Let's show our appreciation and plant a tree in the park for future visitors to enjoy!
