This will be an outdoor program and includes a short walk (between ¼ to ½ mile) through the snow. Dress for the weather and wear boots. Free and open to the public. Winter is a great time to look for birds! We will start inside to learn about the birds that come to our bird feeders, then head outside to look for them along the trails. You can also walk over to the Old Administration Building on the opposite side of the beach to see some tapped maple trees and talk to an educator demonstrating how to boil the sap into syrup.
